Publication of list of registered medical practitioners with practising certificates
(1)
The Registrar shall, from time to time, prepare and publish in the Gazette a list of the names, addresses, qualifications and dates of qualifications of all registered medical practitioners who have in force a practising certificate.
(2)
The Medical Council may, if it thinks fit, direct the Registrar to prepare and publish for sale, at such intervals as the Medical Council may direct, publications of the names, addresses, qualifications and dates of qualifications of all medical practitioners who are registered in the registers referred to in section 19(1)(a), (b) and (d) and who have in force a practising certificate.
