Clause 12

by deleting the words “, aircraft or vehicle” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “or aircraft”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Where a person has been convicted of an offence under this Act, the court shall, upon the application of the Public Prosecutor, order to be forfeited to the Government any vehicle which has been proved to have been used in any manner in connection with the offence.”.
