Clause 14

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (3)” in subsection (1), the words “or under section 33A”; and

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) If any person convicted of an offence under section 8(b) or 31(2) is again convicted of an offence under section 8(b) or 31(2), he shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years unless he is punished under section 33A for that same offence.”.
