Clause 23

Related amendment to Extradition Act

Paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act (Cap. 103) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “relating to” in item 25, the words “psychotropic substances,”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 25, the following item:“25A.An offence against the law relating to benefits derived from drug trafficking.”.
