Amendment of section 8
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)smoke, administer to himself or otherwise consume —
(i)
a controlled drug, other than a specified drug; or
(ii)
a specified drug.”.
