Amendment of section 17
Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (f); and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a semicolon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(h)25 grammes of methamphetamine; or
(i)
10 grammes of any or any combination of the following:
(i)
N,a-dimethyl-3,4-
(methylenedioxy) phenethylamine;
(ii)
a-methyl-3,4-
(methylenedioxy) phenethylamine; or
(iii)
N-ethyl-a-methyl-3,4-
(methylenedioxy) phenethylamine,”.
