Amendment of section 24
Section 24(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)without a warrant enter and search any place or premises in which he reasonably suspects that there is to be found —
(i)
any controlled drug, controlled substance or article liable to seizure; or
(ii)
a person who has committed or is reasonably suspected to have committed any offence under this Act or any seizable offence under any regulations made thereunder;”.
