Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “arrest” in the fourth line of subsection (1), the words “and search”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Act” at the end of subsection (1), the words “or a seizable offence under any regulations made thereunder”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “any” in subsection (2), the words “controlled drug, controlled substance or”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “any” in subsection (4), the words “controlled drug, controlled substance or”.
