Amendment of section 14

Section 14 of the Films Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “any film (other than a videotape or video disc)” in the third and fourth lines of subsection (3) and substituting the words “any cinematograph film”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “film” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “cinematograph film”.
