Clause 64

The Evidence Act (Cap. 97) is amended by renumbering section 69 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) This section shall not apply to any electronic record or electronic signature to which the Electronic Transactions Act 1998 applies.”.
