New section 19A
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 19, the following section:“Power to amend sums specified in certain provisions19A. The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the following provisions of this Act by substituting a different sum for any sum for the time being specified therein:Sections 3(5)(b), 4(3) and (6)(b), 6(1), 9(2)(a) and (8) and 18(3).”.
