Amendment of section 109

Section 109 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “For the purpose of securing compliance with an order under this Part” in the first and second lines of subsection (2) and substituting the words “Without prejudice to subsection (1)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Any order made by a Board under this Act may, by leave of a District Court, be enforced against the person in the same manner as a judgment of that Court, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of that order.”.
