Clause 6

Amendment of section 54

Section 54(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c)(iv); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (v) of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:“(vi)whether the management corporation has received a copy of any application made under section 84A.”.
