by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (m); and

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (n) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(o)any outgoings and expenses incurred in respect of any approved CPF unit trust as defined in section 35(7C) if the person is a unit holder who has purchased any unit in such trust using moneys other than those standing to his credit in the Central Provident Fund.”.
