Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “offers for sale,” in subsection (1), the words “supplies, offers to supply, exhibits,”;

(b)

by deleting the words “$2,000” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “$10,000”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “$1,000” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “$2,000”.
