Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the Immigration Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “enter” in subsection (2), the words “or attempt to enter”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “leave” in subsection (4), the words “or attempt to leave”.
