Clause 13

Amendment of section 366

Section 366(2) of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (h); and (b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (i) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(j)establishes a share transfer or share registration office in Singapore in order to become a listed corporation; or

(k)

effects any transaction through its related corporation licensed or approved under any written law by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, established under the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186), under an arrangement approved by the Authority.”.
