Amendment of section 111
Section 111 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) In addition to the covenants referred to in subsection (1), the deed shall contain such covenant as the Minister may by regulations prescribe and such regulations may provide for different covenants to apply to different classes of interests.”.
