Amendment of section 52

Section 52 of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “teaching purposes” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2), (6), (7), (9) and (10) and substituting in each case the words “educational purposes”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (3).
