Amendment of section 158

Section 158 of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 52(11) or 54(10)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 52(11), 54(10) or 54A(7)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “or of a handicapped reader's copy” in the fifth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “, of a handicapped reader's copy or of an intellectually handicapped reader's copy”;

(c)

by deleting the words “or the handicapped reader's copy” in subsection (2)(b) and substituting the words “, the handicapped reader's copy or the intellectually handicapped reader's copy”; and (d)by deleting the words “of the handicapped reader's copy” in subsection (3)(a) and substituting the words “, of the handicapped reader's copy or of the intellectually handicapped reader's copy”.
