Amendment of section 201

Section 201 of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the marginal note and substituting the following marginal note:“Notation of copies, etc.”;

(b)

by deleting the words “or 54” in the fifth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “, 54 or 54A”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “or 54(10)” in subsection (6)(b) and substituting the words “, 54(10) or 54A(7)”.
