Amendment of section 90

Section 90 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a comma;

(b)

by deleting paragraphs (h), (i) and (j); and

(c)

by deleting the words “paragraph (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) or (j)” in sub-paragraph (ii) and substituting the words “paragraph (e), (f) or (g)”.
