Amendment of section 120
Section 120 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in the second line of subsection (1), the words “or any police officer”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after “79,” in the second line of subsection (3), “79A,”.
