Amendment of section 82
Section 82(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)by the Commissioner for the purpose of using the place where the corpse is buried for the burial of another corpse.”.
