Amendment of section 26
Section 26 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “drug trafficking” in subsection (1), the words “or criminal conduct, as the case may be”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) This section shall not apply to any material in the possession of a financial institution.”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “drug trafficking” in subsection (4)(a), the words “or from criminal conduct, as the case may be”.
