Amendment of section 39

Section 39 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a financial institution, or a person who is an” in the 1st line and substituting the words “a person or his”;

(b)

by deleting the words “of the institution” in the 2nd line;

(c)

by deleting the words “institution or person” in the 5th line and substituting the words “person or his officer, employee or agent”;

(d)

by deleting the words “and 43,” in the 6th line and substituting the words “, 41A, 43 and 43A,”; and

(e)

by deleting the words “for financial institution” in the marginal note.
