Clause 21

Application of this Part to hazardous substances

This Part shall apply to the hazardous substances specified in the first column of Part I of the Second Schedule except where —

(a)

they fall within the exclusion specified in the second column of that Part corresponding to those substances; or

(b)

they are contained in any substance, preparation or product specified in Part II of that Schedule.
