Clause 23
Prohibitions and regulations with respect to sale of hazardous substances
(1)
No person shall import, possess for sale, sell or offer for sale any hazardous substance unless —
the importation, possession for sale, sale or offer for sale is effected in accordance with the provisions of the licence and with any condition specified therein;
the sale is effected by or under the personal supervision of the person named in the licence; and
proper records of the sale as required by the Director are kept.
(2)
No person shall possess for sale, sell or offer for sale any hazardous substance unless the container of the hazardous substance is labelled in the manner prescribed in regulations made by the Minister.
(3)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence.
