Single licence
(1)
Where a person is required by virtue of the provisions of this Act or the regulations to obtain more than one licence, he may apply to the Director for a single licence to carry out the activities specified in his application and the Director may, if he thinks fit, grant or refuse to grant the single licence.
(2)
If the holder of the licence is in breach of any restriction or condition subject to which it was granted or is in contravention of such of the provisions of this Act or the regulations as may affect the licence, the Director may instead of suspending, cancelling or revoking the single licence under section 32(1) —
prohibit the licensee from carrying out one or more activities specified in the single licence; or
modify any condition subject to which the licence was granted.
