Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Copyright (Amendment) Act 1999 and, with the exception of section 25, shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Section 25 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 16th April 1998.
