Amendment of section 140I

Section 140I of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in subsection (1), the words “and section 140IA”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the words “the court” in subsection (7)(a), the words “the action is dismissed or discontinued, or”.
