Amendment of section 8

Section 8(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a policy of insurance, contract note or any other” in the 3rd and 4th lines and substituting the word “any”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “which may from time to time be specified by the Minister by notification in the Gazette” in the 5th and 6th lines.
