FIFTH SCHEDULESection 37(4)Valuation FeesSubject-matter of InstrumentFee1.Any immovable property sold under Part IV of the Housing and Development Act (Cap. 129)$302.Any other immovable property —
(a)
on the first $10,000 of the difference between the certified value under section 37(3) and the value on which, in the opinion of the applicant for adjudication, the duty was chargeable1%(b)on the next $90,000 of such difference0.5%(c)on the excess where the difference is in excess of $100,0000.25% or $105 for each certificate of adjudication, whichever is the higher.”.
