Clause 6

Section 50 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) Where a public electricity licensee is subject to price regulation under the conditions of its licence, it shall be the duty of the licensee to comply with any direction which the Board may give to it from time to time for the purpose of regulating the prices to be charged by the licensee to any person to whom it supplies or transmits electricity.”.
