Amendment of section 32

Section 32(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (d); and (b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph: “(f)the penalties for the late lodgment of documents.”.
