Clause 22

The Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph 1 and substituting the following paragraph:“1.Where the person carries on business as nominee or trustee of another person The name, nationality and usual place of residence of every person on whose behalf the business is carried on and, if such person is a corporation, the name of the corporation, its registered office and the general nature of its business. Where the beneficiaries are a class of children or other persons, a description of the class.”.
