Clause 6

Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “business” in paragraph (a), the words “or a name that is being reserved under section 27 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “business” in the 3rd line of paragraph (b), the words “or a name that is being reserved under section 27 of the Companies Act”;

(c)

by deleting the words “6 weeks” in the 20th line and substituting the words “30 days”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “may” in the penultimate line, the words “, within 30 days of the date of the decision,”.
