Exemption from distress and attachment, etc.
(1)
The installation or plant used for telecommunications of a public telecommunication licensee shall not be subject to distress or be liable to be taken in execution under any process of a court in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against any person without the prior approval of the Minister in writing.
(2)
Every installation or plant used for telecommunications placed under, over, along, across, in or upon any property by a public telecommunication licensee shall remain the property of the licensee concerned whether or not it has become in whole or in part a fixture.
