Clause 8

Section 27 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Any person who fails to comply with subsection (2)(b) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.”.
