Clause 5
Constitution of Authority
(1)
The Authority shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
not less than 2 and not more than 16 other members as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Authority, its members and proceedings.
