Amendment of section 74
Section 74 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “ “fidelity fund” or “fund” ”, the following definition:“ “member company”, in relation to a securities exchange, means a company which is —
(a)
licensed by the Authority to carry on the business of dealing in securities; and
(b)
recognised as a member company by a securities exchange;”.
