Clause 15

Section 60 of the Factories Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) A person shall not be deemed to be a competent person for the purposes of subsection (1) unless he has attended and passed such courses as may be required by the Chief Inspector.”.
