Amendment of section 69
Section 69 of the Factories Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “regulations” in the last line of subsection (1), the words “, and for the removal of such persons from exposure to the risk”; and
(b)
by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Medical supervision and removal from exposure to risk”.
