Clause 24

The Factories Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 78, the following section:“Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice78A. Every occupier of a factory shall comply with such Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice published by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board as the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, prescribe.”.
