Amendment of section 85
Section 85 of the Factories Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “$2,000” and “3 months” in the 4th and 5th lines of subsection (4) and substituting the words “$5,000” and “6 months”, respectively; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Act” in subsection (5), the words “or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder”.
