Clause 1

Short title, commencement and application

This Act may be cited as the Carriage by Air (Amendment) Act 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 12th September 1998. (2) This Act shall not affect rights and liabilities arising out of an occurrence which took place before 12th September 1998.
