Amendment of section 20C
Section 20C of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “that he has been infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “HIV Infection”;
(b)
by deleting the words “to another person or cause another person to be infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “or HIV Infection to another person”; and
(c)
by deleting “$10,000” in the 4th line of subsection (2) and substituting “$50,000”.
