Clause 10

Section 14 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “, or if an auctioneer has parted with any property entrusted to him for sale without obtaining payment for it and has failed to make good to his employer the value thereof or has otherwise misconducted himself as an auctioneer” in the 6th to 10th lines.
