Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)has committed any offence as a house agent; or”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (c); and

(c)

by re-lettering paragraph (d) as paragraph (c).
