Clause 15

Transitional and saving

Any person who, immediately before the commencement date of this Act, has in force a licence as an auctioneer under the principal Act shall be deemed to have in force a licence as an appraiser and as a house agent under the principal Act as amended by this Act until 31st December 2000, upon which date that licence shall be deemed to have expired.
